Refunds and Returns Policy:
At The Donut Company, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality, delicious donuts. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately, and we will replace the item(s) or issue a refund.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) in your email or WhatsApp message.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your account.
We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. If we issue a refund or replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping.
Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed and/or shipped.
