Shipping Policy:

Thank you for choosing The Donut Company and our delicious donuts! We want to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery processes and policies.

Delivery Areas:

We currently deliver within select areas of Pune (PMC & some parts of PCMC), Maharashtra. At the time of check-out please check if your area is serviceable. If your area is not currently deliverable, please contact us to inquire about future delivery options.

Delivery Times:

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our delivery times vary based on the time of day you place your order, the delivery location, and the size of your order.

Our delivery times are generally between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The minimum preparation time is 4hrs. for any product, hence delivery slots will be available accordingly. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We use third party delivery options like Dunzo, Porter etc.

Delivery Fees:

We offer free delivery for orders above a certain amount, as specified on our website. For orders below that amount, delivery fees may apply. These fees are calculated based on your location and order size.

Delivery Process:

Our delivery process involves delivering your order to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate and complete, including any apartment or flat numbers, as well as any specific delivery instructions.

If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery, we will leave the package at your doorstep or with a doorman or receptionist if applicable. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the delivery has been made.

Order Tracking:

We will provide you with an order tracking link once your order has been shipped. You can use this link to track the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available after your order has been placed. For any queries, contact us directly.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but please note that changes may not be possible if your order has already been prepared and/or shipped.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, we may not be able to issue a refund or accept a return.

Product Availability:

We make every effort to ensure that our products are available for delivery. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of a product.

If a product you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable for delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund or offer a substitute product.
